Blacklist and Whitelist

SpamHound is your trusted messaging application that provides protection against unwanted incoming messages. To block certain messages or senders that use specific words, phrases, or numbers you can create spam filtering rules within Blacklist. The Spam tab stores all messages which fall under the Blacklist rules.

Whitelist allows you to prevent blocking important messages. It prioritizes messages that are in compliance with the rules and doesn't filter them out. As all messages from Whitelist are displayed in your mailbox, you will not lose any important mail.

Spam filtering

You can use Contains Starts With Ends With Equals to fine-tune the filtering options of your rules. This applies to both the sender as well as the body of messages. You can also use wildcard and regular expressions.

You can view the stats of all rules used and filter messages by year, week and month. You can also manually create rules and activate rules from the Settings tab. This will block short numbers as well as links-containing SMS.
