Contacts Outliner is not authorized to view your contact information, even though it is given permission. Outliner can only list your Google Accounts so you can choose one to sync with Google Tasks.

You can't use Google Tasks Sync if you refuse this permission. Outliner will still work normally if you do not deny it.
