FAQ

Q1: Why is this app not available on my Android 8 smartphone?

A1: Android 8 system prevents applications running in background. Please check your system settings to allow the application to run in background. If the notification does not appear, please select the schedule option Instant (With Notification).

Q2: What is the reason the file was not downloaded?

A2: This app cannot detect whether the file is being edited. The default value is 1. You can change the transfer delay time after detection to increase the probability of this happening. If an app is editing a file, a temporary extension will be added (eg..crdownload.tmp). This temporary extension can then be changed in the File name filter(blacklist) option with Option End with.

Q3: What is the reason that video was not taken before being transferred?

A3: The same as Q2, please see A2.

Q4: When I select source folder or destination folder, my SD card is not found

A4: Press the destination or source folder to be taken to an Android page (not made by us). To grant permissions, you can click on the More button at the top right to see more storage location.

Q5: What is my activation code?

A5: You will be asked to provide an email address in order to get the activation code after you have made an in-app payment. The app will automatically upgrade to the premium version after that. You can skip the dialog asking you for your email address. Go to Settings and click Upgrade to Premium Version. Click Yes. The dialog will be displayed once the purchase has been successfully detected.
