Tabata Timer, a pre-set stopwatch that is built on Tabata protocol. The basic idea is to repeat the exercise 8 times with 20 second intervals between each cycle. There are 10 seconds of rest in between.

This preset stopwatch can be edited to adjust the intensity of HIT.

The stopwatch will notify you via sound and vibration when it is time to start another exercise program. This allows you to stay on track with your training.
